Mission of this project is to build sustainable system for teacher education in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

The purpose of the Programme is to significantly strengthen teacher education process in surrounding vicinities of Karachi West, leading to the production of more effective teacher educators and teachers and thereby improving the life chances of up to 20,000 school children.

This program at initial stage was a school-based Teacher Development Program. Transforming Classroom Practices is a key dimension of DREAM Foundation Trust’s Education Reform Strategy. The programme seeks to improve teaching and learning practices in the Dream Model Street School’s classrooms through developing interactive pedagogies or teaching strategies that will engage children more effectively in their learning. We are paving the way for comprehensive training for all Dream Model Street School teachers. The program focuses on different aspects of teaching and learning that together provide an overview of many different approaches and ways to develop quality teaching and learning at DREAM School.
