Our Skill Development Program focuses on developing managers and providing opportunities for refining the skills needed to succeed in today's business environment. The primary focus of this short-term program was to provide technical education to women; sewing, embroidery, and make-up artist training were provided to needy women. They learned the craft and started to make money out of their skills.

43 out of 80 women and girls remained active and completed the course. At the end of the course in 2013, sewing machines and certificates were gifted to these women.

This program also aims at creating opportunities for young students. We are partnered with HUNAR Foundation. This partnership allows us to identify the neediest girls and engage them with HUNAR Foundation so that they are registered in different short courses free of cost.

In 2017, 14 girls have completed several short courses and received their certificates.

This program is currently inactive but we're planning to create entrepreneurship opportunities for young women soon in 2022.
